Users can't edit/upload profile photo

This may have been addressed somewhere already, but my new users are not able to upload a profile photo and I just noticed I’m not able to edit mine. The upload button doesn’t appear, but there is now a link that directs users to Gravatar. Did something change. Most of my users don’t have or want WP/Gravatar profiles, they just want to update their profile images in my site. How can I get this functionality back?

Hello, I just had the same issue, and this is what I figured out after alot of troubleshooting and going through my plugins. FOR ME it turned out to be buddyboss media 3.1.6
I deleted it and installed an older version 3.0.8 and now everything is fine. I don’t know if this is a glitch but I hope this helps you.

Andrew, thanks. Any idea where I can download 3.0.8? The oldest available download appears to be 3.1.4.

Meanwhile, any reply from BuddyBoss support would be awesome. I have many new members who can’t upload/update their profile or cover photos.

Hi @brucevh, Please try to deactivate BB media plugin for a while to make sure.

BB Media do not have any conflict with BuddyBoss theme.

Profile Avatar upload is BuddyPress default feature.
