Child Theme Issues

Am not able to modify the following 2 things in the child theme as given in the downloads.

1. groups/single/activity.php and post-form.php in the groups single folder
2. registration/register.php
3. members/single/activity.php has the same issues. not able to edit them as well.

i tried editing the same files in the bp-default theme in buddypress plugin folder still a no go.

strangely i edited files in activty folder and that works.

Kindly let me know how to fix this

@wrkazigmail try creating a folder called buddypress within the child theme, then add the files in the EXACT structure as posted above.

have done that…have gone through your tutorial on creating child theme..

try editing registration/register.php in a child theme….doesnt show up on the register page

can you plz check the above one page and let me know if its working at your side?
