    Hello. I’ve downloaded and installed Social Learner (for LearnDash), along with the parent theme and included plugins. I can’t customize it though, as when I click the ‘customize’ button, I just get a blank page.

    I am running a multisite with the current version of wordpress.

    Please contact with your hosting support to update PHP version.
    https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
    PHP version 5.6 or greater
    MySQL version 5.6 or greater

    We have used the redux framework for customizer and theme options and after php version update It will start working.

    OK. I have updated the PHP, and the hosting company said they will be updating the MySQL in a month, so I guess I’ll have to wait.
