    Hi guys –

How can I force iPads/IOS to always use my mobile child theme? BTW, I do use Mobile Smart Pro, but I can’t figure out how to make that do it, either.

@jgwolfensberger I’m not sure how Mobile Smart Pro works, you’ll need to contact that plugin owner for support. We recommend https://wordpress.org/plugins/device-theme-switcher/ should be fairly straightforward from there.

Thanks man – I’ll give Theme Switcher a try. Side note – Just trying to help… you guys might want to update https://www.buddyboss.com/product/buddyboss-mobile-only/ to mention your preferred plugin as Theme Switcher (not sure!) It currently recommends Mobile Smart.

Hands down the best plugin I’ve come across for this is “Mobile Smart Pro”. It’s not free but is the most feature rich. http://codecanyon.net/item/mobile-smart-pro/3671362

I see this has already been noted. I’m not sure which version you’ve used, but in Mobile Smart Pro, there is the option right there on the settings page with a checkbox.

    Detect Tablets

Most people choose to show the desktop theme on tablets such as iPads. You may wish to enable your mobile theme and pull in a tablet specific stylesheet and/or other content via the mobile theme.
Enable theme switching for tablets (e.g. iPad):
