    Hi
I’ve just updated the following from the previous versions:
    BuddyBoss Theme – BuddyBoss 4.1.0
BuddyBoss Theme – BuddyBoss Child 4.1.0
BuddyBoss Wall – BuddyBoss Wall 1.1.2
BuddyBoss Media – BuddyBoss Media 2.0.3

My Home and Page menu no longer operate in mobile view – please see link below for an example.

    The site is starfleetcomms.com

Is there a way to download and install the previous versions?
    Thanks.

@maxtorps Welcome to the BuddyBoss community! Would you mind PMing me admin credential to your website so I can have a look-see under the hood?

I am having the same issue- I looked and it seems @maxtorps has fixed this issue, can someone explain how?

    Hi
TJ Chester had a look. He said,
“MarcTV Twitch Status Plugin is conflicting with the theme javascript.”
I disabled that plugin and it was fine.

    @optimystic just a plugin conflict.

Yes, the buddyboss media plugin is causing the conflict. If you look at my development site on mobile, I have deactivated the media plugin, you can see the mobile view menu works:

On my live site, the media plugin is enabled and you will notice the mobile menu does NOT work:

@tjchester @michael can I get somebody to look at my site? This is 4 major issues now and all seem to be stemming from the media plugin. I have 2 other open threads about this, but to summarize here:

    1. Weird video sizing. My videos are HUGE and coming out square

    2. Likes are causing a crazy code. my developer found the issue in line 241 of /thinkwithyourheart.com/wp-content/plugins/buddyboss-media/assets/js/buddyboss-media.min.js

    3. Mobile menu not working with media plugin enabled

    4. I lost my previous media files in my buddypress network when switching to buddyboss media plugin.

    Really need assistance.

    Thank you as always,
    Kim

I see what you are seeing, on your site. But on our own demos the media plugin does not break the mobile menu, likes don’t cause crazy code, and we don’t lose previous media files. I think something is going weird on your site.

Have you tried disabling other plugins, and re-enabling one-by-one to see if there is a plugin JS conflict?

If this does not work, please contact me directly at michael at buddyboss dot com, and I’ll help you out.

@optimystic another user had the same issue as you with missing media the cause was not removing BuddyBoss version 3.x before upgrading to version 4.x. The media should still be there but by overriding the 3.x files the DB query is not calling the correct location. Hopefully this will solve all your issues.

@tjchester I am having so much trouble with the media plugin I have a list of glitches being displayed. I am waiting for assistance from @michael . I did initially override 3.x if you recall…then I realized that mistake and deleted the theme completely then uploaded 4.1. I can;t even load old posts to see if the old media is still there because now a new problem emerged where when I go to load more activity it says “Sorry, there was no activity found. Please try a different filter.” When I disable the media plugin it goes away so just waiting on the assistance for this.

    Thanks,
    Kim
