Learndash points not being assigned to profile

Hi,

1) I’ve set up a dummy member and a dummy lesson on our site english24.com

When I do the learndash course, I click CLICK TO CONTINUE – this is after the results have been calculated. The points aren’t added to the profile of the person.

2) also on the profile bar there is an icon DOCS which has the hightlight blue circle to indicate that normally there are docs attached. It isn’t at the same height has the other profile button, course, activity etc. I want to get rid of it without screwing anything else up. SEE attached screenshot. (In fact when I check the menu options for buddypress in appearance, this tab shouldn’t exist at all!)

And, sorry, what is my email for this account? I can’t locate… (you can give a hint/ just the beginning… (?)

For points you are considering BadgeOS points ? or quiz scores ?

Hi,
In fact the is an issue with both: The points don’t seem to be adding to the dashboard/profile. Although, if I check users in the WPadmin dashboard the quiz is logged.

Also, I manually added an award to a user – it appeared in the profile, but, it is covering the friends number. The friends number seems to be working though.

Points will be added to BadgeOS only when you have triggered corresponding actions.

Please check the BadgeOS docs once

Hi, Thanks =, it was good to read tutorials.
However, the issue is different.
I’ve created a quiz in learndash and assigned to a user. When I log on as him and complete the quiz, the points are not added to the points score.

Quite separately, I manually awarded an achievement (shown above) – you can award achievements with no link to points whatsoever, which is what I did.

They are two different issues, aren’t there. I don’t see how they are linked.

At the moment the most serious issue is that learndash points are recorded in the user profile!

Hi @english24, I will also ty to replicate it, please also check Learndash support forums as well. It might be possible some bugs from Learndash , we have not triggered any additional action to learndash actions.
Quiz and Course point distribution is part of Learndash core plugin

Just to be clear. If a quiz is passed the points should automatically appear in the buddyboss/ social learner area where it says ‘point’ or is that only dedicated to BadgeOS achievement points.
Sorry to labour this, but, I’m just a little confused. Thanks for your help.

Also, I can work around it, but, the badges are still covering the friends number!

It is dedicating the BadgeOS achievement points, for the CSS issue please PM your login details i will inspect it
Might be some custom css or any additional plugin css is overriding
