Question
November 14, 2014 at 5:09 am #33441@nicolacirottoHi,
I have a little problem with mobile menu.
On desktop pc (resized browser to 700px) when I click on one of top menu the site MOVE on the left or right and show the menu.
On mobile (tried 3 smartphone) the site NOT MOVE and the menu overlay the site but the real problem is when I click on menu items sometimes the click take the back link on the site and not on the menu.
I think if the site move on the left or right the problem of the “back link” is solved. Thanks

AlyssaParticipant@nicolacirotto can you post the 3 phones model, OS, and browser you are using? Want to get all the info I can get. Can you also post a link to your site, if it is private please PM me.
November 15, 2014 at 4:05 am #33478@nicolacirottoMy phone is HTC EVO 3D with android 4.0.3 default browser
I tried with HTC ONE MINI of my friend (I don’t know android version)
and I tried with other virtual devices emulator created with AVD: http://developer.android.com/tools/devices/managing-avds.html
android 2.2: NOT OK
android 4.0: NOT OK
android 4.4: NOT OKI have tested not only my site but also yours demo: buddyboss.com/demo/buddyboss AND buddyboss.com/demo/buddyboss-super-mobile and the problem is both
I have tried with Internet Explorer 9 and I have the same problem!
The best way I think is to move the site container on left or right with jquery.
Thanks

AlyssaParticipant@nicolacirotto I can reproduce your results of the menu not sliding, however, I cannot reproduce selecting page items under the menu. Did you experience this on an actual phone or only with the emulator?
November 15, 2014 at 11:23 am #33483@nicolacirottoI found the problem of “back link” (under menu on site) only on HTC ONE MINI.
The other devices not have this problem. But if you solve the problem of sliding menu, 100% is solved on HTC ONE MINI because under the menu there aren’t site link but only menu link
Thanks

AlyssaParticipant@nicolacirotto I believe we just had another user post this same issue. I’ll ping the developers again. Can you also post your website URL so the developers can test a live site?
