Login CSS styling

How do I edit the onfocus and offfocus CSS of the text color and background?
Right now it’s light gray on white or light blue, and very hard to read..

Also, how do I get rid of that “Or” or add in a registration form to make it look right?

@russellmiller this is not the default login page. Also, the login form is not contained within a widget. How did you create this form?

The OR text is not from our theme, it is either created by you on the page or by another plugin.
