Login/Register links as popups in password reset

Hi,

The popup login/logout has a password reset and when you click on it, it leads to reset password. However, on the password reset page, the Login/Register links do not popup the login/Register. How can I make this happen? Those links lead me to the normal register/login which is not what I desire. In general, how can I link to login/Logout anywhere on my site and have them popup?
