Missing Badge from Profile (BadgeOS)

Hi there,

I’ve activated BadgeOs, set achievement type and created a number of badges. Have been awarded a badge and I can see the points associated with this on the “My Profile” page but the badge icon’s themselves are missing. Is there are setting somewhere I am missing or is this a bug? Urgent help needed please.
