Others' Uploaded Files Showing When Logged Out

I’ve identified a major issue that I had come across before, but it seemed to have been resolved. I’m not sure if it’s happening again due to the Boss for LearnDash plugin being reverted to an older version (in order to fix another issue the site was having).

When a users logs in and visits a lesson page, they can only see their own submitted files under the “Files you have uploaded” form (see screenshot of logged in view). However, if the user logs back out from that page, they are able to see all of the files that others have submitted for the assignment (see logged out view). This is a critical issue because it means that students can see other students’ work.
