    Hi there,

is there any way to remove the BuddyPanel area altogether? We’re not planning to use it, and we’d like to have the lesson content stretch all the way to the left side of the page, rather than have the BuddyPanel there.

Hi @creativebrew, there is a Template Name: No BuddyPanel ( page-no-buddypanel.php ), you can use that approach to remove BuddyPanel from course pages and default page template ( page.php)

Hi Varun, cheers for the response.

That will achieve it for pages, posts & course pages, but how about other pages such as the BuddyPress, bbPress pages etc? It may end up being more confusing having that area switch on & off on different parts of the site.

As an alternative, is there any Javascript that can be used to hide the menu so it starts in the collapsed state? I could then use some CSS to hide the menu toggle icon, so that the user can’t trigger showing the menu area.

    Dear @vapvarun

I have tried to use this solution – I have pasted the code into the function.php of the boss theme but the buddypanel doesn’t disappear from the course page – how can it be?

Hi @kaspar, you need to remove only from course page or from all the pages ?
