settings not updating

@tjchester @vapvarun Hi, I just did another fresh install and have this network activated across a multisite. The settings are not updating when enabling friend tagging, changing max files per batch, and changing user photo slugs. it says settings has been updated, but the changes aren’t saved.

@surfied I see the issue but unfortunately I’m going to need to send this to the developers for a fix.

@tjchester No prob. I did a work around with a single site install and set settings prior to enabling multisite.
