    The teachers and students counters are at zero, we have a few courses setup with teachers and students. http://oceanschool.wpengine.com/members/

    Any ideas why it is not working ?

    For an existing website, please check the BP for Sensei settings
    You can assign teachers to existing courses and it will grant corresponding roles to them and same for the subscribers
