Theme stylesheet…maybe?

I had someone install 2 plugins from ADS PRO, but after review of the instillation it looks as if the plugin(s) caused damage to the site, after uninstalling and reinstalling the child theme to revert it to the default condition it kept the properties of the broken theme. So after some digging something was affected within the stylesheet (maybe?) if that makes sense? I am going to uninstall both the parent and child then reinstall and see if that makes a difference… if advisable???? But as of now the second level nav is hard to get to and the header or content what ever way you look at it has a paralax effect. I have yet to find the css for the style sheet, but have been working on other things.

What I am trying to do is revert it back to factory default, while keeping the databases (content), so that the header spacing and menus work as they did out of the box.
