Unable to Correctly Set Up Theme

I am noting the following issues I am having setting up this theme:
– top bar is too tall (causing a number of design issues)
– when you compress the BuddyPanel there are three dots next to each icon
– there is a thick white line behind the member icon

Any help in fixing this would be most appreciated!

These issues were caused by interactions with other plugins. Once the plugins were deactivated the problems disappeared.
