    When our members are logging in, the site never remembers their log in.

    They check the checkbox and still they are logged out when they exit the site.

    HELP!

    hi @sarag, it’s not a theme issue
    You can test with Default WordPress theme as well.
    You can test following plugin also
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/configure-login-timeout/
