The review process typically lasts up to 5 business days before we notify you of the status of your application. Commission payments are issued by the 1st week of each month automatically. We conduct a thorough review of affiliate sales due to the rise in affiliate fraud. Payments for the preceding month are sent to your PayPal account by the end of the subsequent month. For instance, if you made four sales in September, you’ll receive payment by October 31st.
We advocate for genuine recommendations when promoting our products. Utilize the provided marketing kit to create campaigns via email, social media, etc. We strictly prohibit spamming and tactics that violate FTC guidelines. Additionally, we do not allow PPC marketing or coupon site affiliations. For further details, please reach out to us or refer to our T&C.
No, we do not permit Pay-per-click or Pay-per-impression campaigns without prior approval. Using BuddyBoss brand-related keywords in campaigns without authorization is also prohibited. Direct linking to BuddyBoss websites in paid media ads is not allowed.
No, promoting BuddyBoss in forums is not allowed to prevent spamming and misuse of forum privileges. Persistent violations may lead to the termination of your affiliate account.
No, BuddyBoss does not accept coupon site affiliations as they do not generate new traffic. Referrals from coupon sites do not align with our affiliate program’s objectives, and therefore, we do not accept them.
BuddyBoss offers a money-back guarantee of 14 days for the BuddyBoss Theme and 21 days for the BuddyBoss App and DFY services. If a customer cancels within this period, the commission will be revoked accordingly. You can also check our refunds page here.
No, the BuddyBoss Affiliate Program does not offer recurring commissions for renewals.
