Haven't built anything yet? Done For You is almost always the better first step. It covers the whole platform setup and configuration for a fixed scope at a fixed price, with no quote and no discovery phase.
Plenty of people come to the agency first and we send them here. Once your platform is live, come back for anything custom.

Assessment
A free call to work out what you actually need and whether we are the right people to do it. No charge, and no obligation either way.
Discovery
We dig into the detail: what you already have, what has to change, and what is likely to get in the way. This is paid work, and it starts only once you say go.
Scoping
Scope, hours and timeline agreed in writing before any build starts, so there is no open-ended bill. Usually about 2 hours.
Build
Built by the engineers who work on BuddyBoss itself, so it fits the platform rather than fighting it.
Delivery
Tested, deployed and handed over, including training, so your team can run it without calling us every week.
Support
Retained hours for ongoing development and fixes, so the platform keeps moving after launch instead of quietly ageing.
How we bill
The first call is free. After that, discovery and scoping are billed at the same hourly rate as the build, so you never pay for a sales process.

A free call with the team who would do the work. We work out what you need and whether we are the right people for it.
Step 2
Buy hours in blocks and draw them down. Ten hours at $145 comes to $1,450, which is where most engagements start.
