If for some reason, your payment fails or we are unable to process your subscription, we will make several attempts to contact you and try to process your payment again to make sure there is no disruption to your service.rnrnIf after several attempts, we are still unable to contact you and a reasonable grace period has passed, your license will be deactivated, you will lose access to support and updates, and your BuddyBoss App will be disabled.rnrnHowever, you can keep running your BuddyBoss Website without any support or updates without the app.rnrnYou will be able to re-enable your app at any time by paying off any unpaid balance owed and reactivating your subscription.

Yes, your subscription can be canceled at any time from your account page.
