We’re pleased to announce the rollout of Telemetry in BuddyBoss, a new feature designed to help us understand how our users interact with the platform. By gathering usage statistics, we can make more informed decisions about product updates, feature priorities, and performance improvements—all to serve you better. We know how important privacy is, so Telemetry has been built with options to give you full control over your data sharing preferences. In this article we want to explain exactly what telemetry is, how it works in BuddyBoss and outline what we collect and how we use that data to underscore our commitment to you and your users' privacy.
Telemetry is a fancy word that describes all of the hundreds of little pieces of data that make up your unique configuration of your platform. Individual data points aren’t particularly interesting on their own but when viewed together across large groups of users these data points can tell a very useful story about how users are using (or not using) BuddyBoss
Telemetry helps us gather insights into how BuddyBoss is used across different environments, which is invaluable in guiding our development. For example, understanding which features are most popular allows us to focus enhancements where they will have the greatest impact. Identifying common configurations and usage trends also enables us to recommend settings and improvements tailored to our customers’ needs as well as identify common configurations to prioritise when performing QA testing that will affect the greatest number of customers. Telemetry allows us to make data-driven improvements, boosting usability, reliability, and functionality across the BuddyBoss Web & App platform.
Our implementation of Telemetry gives you three data-sharing options, ensuring flexibility for your specific needs and privacy preferences:
Telemetry is designed to gather information about how you are using BuddyBoss to achieve the outcomes that are important to you and your users. Here’s an overview of the types of data points we gather information on. This is not an exhaustive list but serves as an indication of the sorts of information we are learning about:
Our commitment to privacy ensures that the data collected remains entirely free of personally identifiable information about your users. Here’s what we do not collect:
Our primary use for Telemetry data is to better understand which features and configurations are most popular, allowing us to create and refine tools that meet your needs. This data empowers us to continuously enhance the platform in ways that benefit all users. Whether it’s improving product adoption, enhancing functionality, or helping you achieve your objectives, Telemetry helps us work smarter for you.
We’re excited to launch Telemetry, and we appreciate your role in helping us improve BuddyBoss. Thank you for being a part of BuddyBoss’s journey to become an even more responsive and powerful tool for community building!
Note: If you purchased your BuddyBoss App, or have published a new build since June 25th 2024, you are not affected by this and can safely ignore this information.
We’d like to inform you of a minor issue that affects users of previous BuddyBoss App versions. A premium font file, initially included in early versions of our AppBoss product when we were building custom apps for clients, was bundled in the codebase. Although it was never intended for direct use in apps and isn’t visible in any front-end or backend elements of the BuddyBoss App, we discovered recently that this font file’s presence is technically in breach of its licensing terms. To rectify this issue, all you need to do is make sure your app is using the latest version and publish a new build to the App Stores.
This font was originally licensed by us for internal branding and used in the AppBoss version of our product several years ago. It was never meant for distribution or user-facing elements in BuddyBoss-powered apps. Over time, with the release of the BuddyBoss App, the font file became even more buried and despite still being referenced in the codebase, continues to be completely unused within the app. However, despite not being accessible to users, we recently identified the remnant reference to it in the code, which affects anyone who might still be using a previous version of the BuddyBoss App.
The premium nature of the font means it shouldn’t have been distributed in products without each user holding their own license. We have proactively addressed this issue by removing all font references in new versions of the BuddyBoss App, but if you are still running an older version then you will need to update your app to remove the font from your codebase, purchase your own license, or else risk being in breach of the licencing agreement of the font. Unfortunately the license holder takes the view that each individual app owner is responsible for their own license and so it isn’t feasible for us to license the font for our whole customer base which would have allowed us to rectify this issue for you.
For those who wish to ensure compliance, we recommend the following two simple options:
Update Your App to the Latest Version: For the vast majority, simply updating to the latest version of the BuddyBoss App and then generating and publishing a new build will fully resolve this. This update removes all references to the font file, making the licensing requirements irrelevant.
Or, Purchase a License for the Font: If you don’t wish to update your app for whatever reason, you will need to purchase your own license for the font. This option is only relevant if you specifically want to use the font in your app, and do not wish to update to the latest version and remove it entirely.
We apologize for this inconvenience and wish there was an easier way for us to automatically do this on your behalf or that the license holder was more understanding of the situation. If you need assistance with updating your app, please feel free to contact our support team, who will be glad to help.

2. No More Recurring Commissions
We’ve moved away from recurring commissions in favour of this upfront model. This change allows us to focus on rewarding affiliates immediately, with less complexity and more control for affiliates to generate sales faster.

Do you own a Telegram-based community and want to move to a community owned and managed by you? We understand that scaling your community is not easy when you don’t own the platform where you’re hosting your community. So what do you do?
In this blog post, we will take you through a comparison of Telegram vs BuddyBoss to help you decide whether you should move your community from Telegram to a self-hosted community powered by BuddyBoss.
We will explore the various aspects of these platforms and compare their features, functionalities, and capabilities. We will delve into community building and engagement, monetization options, data ownership and control, ease of use, security and privacy, customizations, integrations, support, updates, and pricing.
So, let's embark on the comparison journey of BuddyBoss vs Telegram and discover which platform offers the flexibility and features necessary to launch and nurture your online community successfully.
BuddyBoss is a robust online community platform that offers a wide range of features and functionalities. It provides powerful community management tools, allowing you to effectively organize and moderate your community. With BuddyBoss, you can create and customize member profiles, enabling users to showcase their interests and connect with like-minded individuals.
BussyBoss also supports the creation of groups and forums, fostering meaningful discussions and collaborations among community members. One of the standout features of BuddyBoss is its ability to create a branded community website. You can customize the design and layout to reflect your brand identity, offering a unique and personalized experience for your users.
Telegram is a popular chat-based platform that excels in real-time communication. It offers various features that facilitate seamless interaction within your community. Chat rooms enable group conversations, allowing members to engage in discussions on specific topics. Voice channels provide a platform for live audio conversations, enabling real-time sharing of ideas and opinions.
Additionally, Telegram supports file sharing, allowing users to exchange documents, images, and other media effortlessly. This chat-centric environment of Telegram fosters immediate and dynamic communication between community members, making it an excellent choice for those seeking real-time interactions within their community.
Building an engaged community is at the heart of any online platform, and BuddyBoss and Telegram offer distinct ways of achieving this.
BuddyBoss enables community owners to craft a unique environment through a variety of customization options and branding tools. The platform's distinct advantage lies in its ability to create dedicated spaces for conversations, known as groups and forums. You can design groups for specific topics or for users with common interests. Moreover, the activity feed on BuddyBoss is comparable to news feed of any top social media platforms, helping members engage with each other effortlessly.
Contrarily, Telegram gives emphasis on real-time interactions. It thrives on immediacy and rapid exchanges of thoughts and ideas. Telegram's chat rooms and voice channels promote spontaneous discussions, contributing to an environment of active engagement. Apart from the rapid messaging, there is little to know room for engagement in Telegram.
The ability to monetize your online community can be a decisive factor when choosing a platform. In this regard, BuddyBoss outshines Telegram.
BuddyBoss provides a variety of monetization tools, such as membership, paid content, and courses. You can establish various membership tiers, offering access to specific content, groups, or courses depending on the level. For instance, in an educational community, you could offer paid courses or premium content like study materials, exclusive webinars, etc. This provides a direct revenue stream while adding value to your members.
On the other hand, Telegram lacks direct monetization features. However, community owners can leverage public channels for promotional activities or ad campaigns, which can indirectly contribute to revenue generation. The absence of a subscription model or paid content means that monetization on Telegram would typically require a creative, indirect approach.
Data ownership and control is a critical aspect, particularly for community owners who want to maintain a certain level of autonomy and safeguard against unexpected changes.
BuddyBoss excels in providing greater data ownership and control. As a BuddyBoss community owner, you host your own platform and retain control over all user data. This allows for more extensive analytics and better insights into your community's activities. Moreover, in terms of content control, BuddyBoss lets you regulate posts, comments, and groups, ensuring they align with your community guidelines.
In contrast, with Telegram, your user data resides on their servers. This means Telegram, not the community owner, has greater control over the data. Although Telegram has taken steps to ensure data security, the lack of direct control may be a concern for some community owners.
The ease of setup and daily operations can greatly impact the user experience on any platform. BuddyBoss and Telegram differ significantly in this aspect.
BuddyBoss, being a WordPress-based platform, requires a certain degree of technical expertise to set up and manage. You'll need to handle WordPress installations, choose a hosting service, manage updates, and possibly deal with troubleshooting issues. However, BuddyBoss provides extensive documentation and support, easing this process.
Telegram, on the other hand, is incredibly user-friendly. Setting up a community is as simple as downloading the app, creating an account, and starting a chat room or a channel. The intuitive interface makes it easy for anyone to join and navigate, making it ideal for communities that prioritize simplicity and ease of access.
In terms of security and privacy, BuddyBoss allows more control over user data and content. You can regulate user activity and ensure privacy through settings and permissions.
While Telegram provides end-to-end encryption for private chats, it poses potential risks associated with data privacy and cyberbullying. In particular, public groups are more susceptible to spam and malicious content.
When it comes to customization, BuddyBoss clearly has an edge over Telegram. BuddyBoss is built on the WordPress platform, known for its high flexibility and extensive customization options. With BuddyBoss, you can tweak the appearance of your community website down to minute details – from your site's layout and color scheme to the widgets on each page. This freedom to personalize your online community gives you the chance to create a unique, branded space that aligns with your vision and goals.
On the other hand, Telegram's customization options are rather limited. While it offers some basic customization like chat wallpapers and stickers, it doesn't support significant changes to the overall interface. This simplicity could be appealing to some users, but it does limit your ability to create a distinctive identity for your online community.
Again, thanks to its WordPress foundation, BuddyBoss excels in the area of integrations. You can easily integrate your BuddyBoss community with a wide array of WordPress plugins and themes. This allows you to extend the functionality of your community with features like ecommerce, online courses, event calendars, and more. It also integrates well with popular third-party tools such as Zoom, Mailchimp, and LearnDash, among others.
Telegram, while it does offer some integrations, its range is considerably limited compared to BuddyBoss. You can connect Telegram with some other apps and services through its API, but the selection is relatively narrow, and the process can be technical.
BuddyBoss takes a proactive approach when it comes to support and updates. They provide personalized support to help you with any challenges you may face while setting up or managing your community. Their support is also available 9-5 Eastern. Furthermore, BuddyBoss regularly rolls out updates with new features and improvements to enhance the user experience.
Telegram, while it is reliable and generally bug-free, its support is less personalized. Queries are usually directed to FAQ pages or community forums. While updates do occur, they're typically less frequent than BuddyBoss and primarily focus on maintaining stability and basic functionality rather than introducing new features.
BuddyBoss operates on a tiered pricing model. While it is a premium product, the value it offers for creating, customizing, and managing an online community is considerable. BuddyBoss has a free version, but for a more comprehensive set of features, users will need to upgrade to a premium plan, starting at $299 per year for unlimited members, groups, admins, courses, and more.
Telegram, on the other hand, is mostly free to use. This might make it an appealing option for those just starting an online community or operating on a tight budget. However, remember that it doesn't offer direct monetization options, which could limit its potential for income generation. There is a premium version for personal level that is priced at $4.99/month per user, but it does not really offer any over the top benefits.
We are now at the end of our BuddyBoss vs Telegram comparison. As you can see, both BuddyBoss and Telegram offer compelling platforms for building online communities.
BuddyBoss, with its extensive customization options and robust integrations, is an excellent choice for those who wish to create a unique, branded community with extended functionality. It also has more customization on offer. It offers a better support system and frequent updates..
Telegram, while less customizable and limited in integrations, offers a real-time, chat-based community that's user-friendly and free. It's ideal for those seeking a straightforward platform for instant communication, though it might not be as suitable for those wanting to create a highly personalized or monetized community. Moreover, it will not really allow you to build a proper community website of your own, unlike BuddyBoss.
Ultimately, whether you move to BuddyBoss from Telegeram depends on your specific needs, goals, and resources. So what are you choosing? Let us know in the comment box below.

So, let's dive in and take you into a detail comparison of BuddyBoss vs Kajabi!
First, let's take a brief overview of BuddyBoss and Kajabi.

BuddyBoss is built on WordPress, which is an open-source platform that provides you with the flexibility, control, and freedom to launch and scale a successful online business. BuddyBoss is a white-label open source solution that is designed to adopt your brand. It integrates with LearnDash, one of the most popular WordPress LMS (Learning Management System) solutions on the market. BuddyBoss also provides a powerful, yet simple and elegant user interface for your learners, and lets you launch native mobile apps for your online course. BuddyBoss also offers gamification, student assessment, live stream, collaboration, and community features, among others.
On the other hand, Kajabi is an all-in-one platform that allows you to create, market, and sell your online courses. It offers customizable templates and intuitive design tools, making it easy to create a mini-course or even a full-blown signature program. Stripe and PayPal integrations make selling your online course seamless. The Kajabi mobile app gives customers one-click access from wherever they are, without having to remember passwords or rely on clunky mobile browsers. Kajabi also offers email marketing, live events and webinars, content creation features, and customer support, among others.
Now that we have a brief overview of both platforms, let's dive deeper into the key features and benefits of BuddyBoss and Kajabi, and compare them side by side.
BuddyBoss and Kajabi are two different e-learning platforms with distinct features and capabilities. Let's compare them and see which one is better suited for your online course or membership website.
BuddyBoss is built on WordPress, an open-source platform that provides users with more flexibility and control over their website. WordPress is widely popular and has a vast community of developers and designers that provide customizations, plugins, and themes. BuddyBoss leverages the power of WordPress by integrating the LearnDash LMS, which is one of the most popular and powerful WordPress LMS plugins on the market. Apart from that BuddyBoss offers seamless integration with hundreds of third-party plugins for everything from design to email marketing. BuddyBoss also offers a solution to let you launch native mobile apps for your online courses, giving your students access to your content from anywhere.
On the other hand, Kajabi is a SaaS platform that provides everything you need to create and sell online courses. It has an all-in-one platform that includes a website builder, email marketing, membership site, and online course creation tools. While Kajabi provides an intuitive interface and quick setup, it's less flexible than WordPress and BuddyBoss.
When it comes to the comparison of BuddyBoss vs Kajabi in terms of customization, the former offers a fully white-label solution with all the customization options provided by WordPress. It means you can customize every aspect of your website, from the theme layout to the branding and even custom headers and footers. BuddyBoss also has an easy-to-use demo import feature that lets you import pre-built layouts and pages with a single click. It also supports multilingual websites, RTL (Right-to-Left) languages, and popular page builders like Gutenberg and Elementor. All these customization options allow you to create a unique and engaging online course experience for your learners.
Kajabi also provides customization options, but it's limited to their built-in integrated website builder that comes with Kajabi. It has a drag-and-drop interface that allows you to create and customize your website's pages, but it has less flexibility than what WordPress, page builders like Elementor and BuddyBoss combined can offer.
Scalability is a crucial factor when it comes to online courses and membership sites. BuddyBoss has no limit on the number of customers or admins, which means you can scale your business without worrying about any limitations. BuddyBoss also provides group functionality that mimics a classroom setting with integrated courses, discussion forums, and advanced Zoom integration. It allows you to create one-time and recurring online class sessions and Zoom meetings for a specific audience based on the group they belong to.
Kajabi, on the other hand, has different pricing plans with varying limits on the number of customers. The basic plan allows up to 1000 customers, while the pro plan allows up to 20,000 customers. However, you have to pay extra for more advanced features like the ability to remove Kajabi branding and increase the number of admins.
Now let's compare BuddyBoss vs Kajabi, in terms of online course features. While both offer a lot of cool features, with BuddyBoss having the edge over Kajabi. Here is a detailed comparison of BuddyBoss and Kajabi in terms of online course features:
i. Student Assessment:
BuddyBoss offers a comprehensive student assessment system with multiple question types such as single choice, multiple choice, free text, sorting, matching, essay, and fill-in-the-blank. It also allows multimedia supported Q&A using audio, video, and images. Admins can set manual limitations such as limiting attempts, blocking progression, and setting time limits. They can also choose display settings such as showing all, one at a time, several on a page, randomizing, and allowing skips.
On the other hand, Kajabi only allows users to create standardized tests, questionnaires, and surveys. They also offer an option to let learners go to the next lesson only after completing an assessment, which BuddyBoss also has.
ii. Gamification:
Both BuddyBoss and Kajabi offer gamification features like points, rewards, badges, levels, challenges, leaderboards, and lesson unlocks.
iii. Live Stream:
Live streaming is an important part of an online course, and both BuddyBoss and Kajabi offer this feature. BuddyBoss integrates with Zoom, which means course creators can create virtual classrooms with the power of Zoom. Both virtual classroom and virtual broadcast are possible with this feature. Kajabi, on the other hand, allows you to create a meetup, which is not as powerful as Zoom, which is a dedicated communication tool. They also let you attach a YouTube live stream.
iv. Collaboration:
Both BuddyBoss and Kajabi have collaboration opportunities with the power of groups, direct message, and social networking features.
In terms of community features, Kajabi lags far behind BuddyBoss. Specially, with the ability to create a fully-functional social network for your learners, BuddyBoss takes community to the next level. Take a look at the detailed comparison of BuddyBoss and Kajabi in terms of online course features:
i. Social Networking:
BuddyBoss has a complete social networking feature-suite with a newsfeed, public posts and photo sharing, connection, direct message, and groups. Kajabi, on the other hand, does not have a social networking feature, but they do have a community feature where users can join and communicate, post and message each other. BuddyBoss provides a personalized news feed similar to Facebook, which is not available on Kajabi. BuddyBoss also provides features like friend requests, user mentions, and hashtag support, which are not available on Kajabi.
ii. Profile:
BuddyBoss offers users the ability to create comprehensive profiles that are visible to other learners. This feature allows users to add their photo, cover image, bio, and other details. Kajabi does have a profile feature, but it is not as comprehensive, so users cannot add detailed information about themselves.
iii. Posts:
BuddyBoss has a posts feature that allows users to post both on their timeline or in a group. Kajabi users can only post inside a community. BuddyBoss also provides more options for posts, such as the ability to tag other users, add multimedia, and schedule posts for later.
iv. News Feed:
BuddyBoss has a fully featured personal newsfeed and a separate group newsfeed, which provides users with the latest updates from their connections and groups. Kajabi only has a group newsfeed.
v. Direct Message:
Both BuddyBoss and Kajabi let users direct messages to each other. This feature allows users to have private conversations with each other. BuddyBoss and Kajabi, both also provide additional features such as group messaging and multimedia support in direct messages.
BuddyBoss and Kajabi differ significantly in their mobile app offerings. While Kajabi does not allow users to create a white-label mobile app, BuddyBoss offers a fully white-label native app for both Android and iOS. This means that the course creator can publish an app in the app stores with their branding, which can enhance their brand identity and user engagement.
Moreover, the BuddyBoss app allows users to access their course material offline, making it possible for users to access course material even without internet connectivity. Additionally, the app features real-time data synchronization between devices, ensuring that users can access the most up-to-date course material.
Finally, the BuddyBoss app is secure, with 2FA security features that can help protect users' sensitive data from unauthorized access.
Both BuddyBoss and Kajabi offer multiple monetization opportunities to course creators. For instance, BuddyBoss provides various monetization features such as one-time payments, payment plans, subscriptions, one-click upsells, free trials, affiliates, coupons, bulk orders, and bundles. Similarly, Kajabi also offers monetization options like selling digital products, creating membership sites, and launching online courses.
Let's look into the comparison of BuddyBoss vs Kajabi in terms of online store features. Both the tools provide online store features to allow course creators to sell digital products and courses alongside their main business. BuddyBoss goes a step further by offering multi-vendor online store capabilities and integration with WC4BP and WC Vendors Pro. This means that BuddyBoss customers can easily run a full-fledged online store in addition to their course business.
On the other hand, while Kajabi also has an online store feature, it is not as robust as the one offered by BuddyBoss. This means that Kajabi may not be the best choice for course creators looking to build a comprehensive online store.
BuddyBoss and Kajabi both have membership support features, but BuddyBoss offers more flexibility as it integrates with popular WordPress membership plugins like MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, WishList Member, WooCommerce Memberships, WooCommerce Subscriptions, and Memberium. This integration allows BuddyBoss users to leverage powerful membership features and create customizable membership levels.
In comparison, Kajabi has a built-in membership feature, but it lacks the advanced features that the top WordPress membership plugins provide, which may limit the flexibility for course creators who want to create membership-based courses.
Both BuddyBoss and Kajabi have a blog feature. BuddyBoss offers a dedicated blog feature where you can create, publish and share blog posts on their social media handles, while Kajabi also offers a blog feature that allows the same. BuddyBoss goes a step further by allowing learners to bookmark blogs for reading later, a feature that Kajabi does not offer.
BuddyBoss offers integration with popular WordPress email marketing plugins such as Mailpoet, FluentCRM, Thrive Leads, and a few more. These integrations give BuddyBoss users quality email marketing options.
On the other hand, Kajabi offers comprehensive email marketing with its built-in email marketing feature. Course creators can design and send newsletters, marketing emails, and automated email campaigns to their students without having to use a third-party email marketing tool.
BuddyBoss is a developer-friendly solution, as it is powered by an open-source platform. This provides an opportunity for developers to extend the capabilities of the BuddyBoss-built websites, adding custom code, plugins, and features. This means that BuddyBoss users can create custom integrations with other tools, customize their website to their liking, and extend the functionality of the platform.
Kajabi, on the other hand, is not as developer-friendly. You can only customize the website made by Kajabi, meaning users are restricted in terms of adding new features or integrations. The app from Kajabi is also not customizable, meaning users will be restricted to what is offered to them.
BuddyBoss has integration with hundreds of compatible apps and plugins to extend its capabilities. This is largely due to the fact that BuddyBoss works on WordPress, which opens the door to integrate with a lot of plugins from the WordPress environment.
Kajabi also offers some integrations, although at this moment, it has a total of 16 integrations, far lower than BuddyBoss.

Both BuddyBoss and Kajabi offer 24/7 support. BuddyBoss has a dedicated support team, providing support through the help desk. The support team is well-versed in WordPress, BuddyBoss, and the plugins used in conjunction with the platform. Additionally, BuddyBoss has an extensive knowledge base that is easily accessible to users.
Kajabi also has a dedicated support team to provide customer support. However, their support is not available 24/7 for Basic plan users, but limited to Growth and Pro plan users. Kajabi also has a knowledge base where users can find product documentation.
BuddyBoss offers a more affordable pricing option compared to Kajabi, especially for those who are just starting their online course business. With a starting price of $299 per year, BuddyBoss is more accessible for small business owners or individual course creators who may not have a huge budget for their platform.
On the other hand, Kajabi has a slightly higher starting price of $119 per month, but its feature set may still not be as robust as what BuddyBoss has to offer.
Both BuddyBoss and Kajabi have their strengths and weaknesses depending on your needs. Here is a detail comparison of BuddyBoss vs Kajabi:

If you value flexibility, customization, and scalability, then BuddyBoss is the better choice. BuddyBoss is built on WordPress, which is an open-source platform with a vast ecosystem of developers, designers, and third-party plugins. BuddyBoss provides a fully white-labeled and customizable solution that integrates with the popular LearnDash LMS plugin. It also offers a mobile app solution, gamification, live streaming, and community features, among others. BuddyBoss is a powerful platform that can help you create a unique and engaging online course experience.
On the other hand, if you're looking for an all-in-one platform that provides everything you need to create and sell online courses, then Kajabi might be the better choice. Kajabi provides an intuitive interface and quick setup, making it easy to create and customize your online courses. It also offers email marketing, live events and webinars, content creation features, and customer support.
In conclusion, BuddyBoss is the better choice if you want more control, flexibility, and scalability over your online course or membership site. Kajabi is a great all-in-one platform that provides everything you need to create and sell online courses, but it's less flexible than BuddyBoss.
Did you know that the average completion rate of online courses hovers around just 10%? Online learning has not only made education easier, but it also brought a lot of choices in front of learners. So unless you can create effective course content that truly helps learners achieve their learning goals, your course will not succeed. As you can guess, you need a sophisticated approach to create content for a successful course. This is where the B.A.N.K concept comes in.
The B.A.N.K. concept specifies the four essential types of online course content: Blueprint (Strategic content), Action (Tactical content), Nurturing (Supportive content), and Knowledge (Informative content). All four types of content need to be present in a course sequentially and cohesively.
In this article, we will explore the four types of online course content and how you can incorporate them into an online course to enhance learners' experience.

An online course's blueprint content serves as the course's introduction and gives students a strategic overview of what to expect. It helps learners with the learning process by giving them a clear understanding of the online course content structure and objectives.
Blueprint content plays a crucial role in online learning because it provides a clear and concise overview of the online course content structure, objectives, and the big picture. Here are the main importance of blueprint content:
blueprint content helps learners understand what the course is all about and what they can expect to learn. This is important because learners are more likely to be engaged and motivated if they have a clear understanding of the online course content structure and objectives. They can then plan their time and allocate resources more effectively to achieve their learning goals.
Blueprint content serves as a roadmap that helps learners navigate through the course. By having a clear and detailed blueprint of the course, learners can better manage their learning process and track their progress. They can see what they have already covered, what they still need to learn, and how they can accomplish the objectives of the course.
Blueprint content serves as a roadmap that helps learners navigate through the online course content. By having a clear and detailed blueprint of the course, learners can better manage their learning process. They can also track their progress. They can see what they have already covered, what they still need to learn, and how they can accomplish the objectives of the course.
Let’s go through some examples of core blueprint content that you can utilize on your course as needed.
For learners to better understand the course, supplemental blueprint content can be made available in addition to the core blueprint content. Below are examples of some supplementary blueprint content.

Action content refers to the hands-on exercises and interactive activities that are designed to help learners apply what they have learned in a practical and tangible way. This kind of content increases learner engagement and motivation while giving them opportunities to put their knowledge and skills into practice.
Action content is a vital component of an effective online learning course as it provides learners with hands-on exercises and interactive activities that can help them apply what they have learned in a practical and tangible way. Here are some of the key reasons why this type of online course content is so important:
Provides hands-on exercises and interactive activities: By offering hands-on exercises and interactive activities, action content enables learners to put theory into practice. It provides them with the opportunity to apply what they have learned in real-world scenarios, which can help to reinforce their understanding and retention of the material.
Helps learners apply what they have learned in a practical and tangible way: Action content is particularly important for learners who may be new to a subject or who are trying to learn complex or abstract concepts. These learners need the opportunity to practice what they have learned and see how it applies in a real-world context. Action content provides this practical application, helping learners to make connections between the theory and the reality of the subject matter.
Enhances engagement and motivation: Action content can be fun and engaging, which can help to increase learners' motivation to continue with the course. It can also help to break up the monotony of reading or listening to lectures, making the learning experience more interactive and enjoyable. When learners are actively engaged with the material, they are more likely to retain what they have learned and apply it in their lives or work.
There are many different types of action content that educators can incorporate into their online courses.
Here are some examples of action core content:
In addition to core action content, there are also many different types of action supplementary content that educators can incorporate into their online courses. Here are some examples:

Nurturing content refers to the supportive and engaging materials and activities that are designed to help learners achieve their learning goals. This type of content is not exactly focused on providing new information but on creating an encouraging environment for learners to thrive in. Nurturing content includes personalized feedback, coaching, mentoring, a collaborative community, and other interactive activities that support learners' progress and achievement.
Nurturing content is essential in online learning for several reasons:
Provides Personalized Feedback and Coaching: Nurturing online course content helps learners receive personalized feedback and coaching that is tailored to their specific needs. This feedback is critical in ensuring that learners understand the concepts they are learning, and it can also help identify areas where they need to improve.
Supports Learners with a Community of Peers and Mentors: Nurturing content fosters a sense of community among learners, which is crucial for their motivation and engagement. A supportive community of peers and mentors can offer learners the encouragement and guidance they need to stay on track with their studies.
Encourages Learners to Stay Engaged and on Track: Nurturing content helps learners stay engaged and motivated in their studies. By providing them with relevant and interesting material, learners are more likely to stay on track and complete their courses. Additionally, nurturing content helps learners see the relevance and applicability of what they are learning, which can increase their motivation and engagement.
The following are examples of nurturing core content that can be included in online courses:
The following are examples of nurturing supplementary content that can be included in online courses:

Knowledge content is the type of content that offers students the foundational knowledge, information, and skills necessary for learners to understand the course's subject matter. Knowledge content is the main type of content of a course, as it includes lessons, presentations and lectures from the teacher.
Knowledge content is the primary content of an online course and their importance is immense. Below are some of the reasons they are important –
Below are some examples of core knowledge content that you might want to utilize in your course.
Access to relevant research and data to support learning: One example of knowledge supplementary online course content is the relevant research and data that facilitates learning. These kinds of content let learners have access to additional resources to explore the subject matter in-depth. It allows learners to develop a deeper understanding of the concepts and provides them with additional insights into the topic.
Explanations and definitions or glossary of key terms and concepts: Glossaries and definitions is another example of knowledge supplementary content. These are useful for students to have at their disposal because they make it simpler for students to comprehend the subject matter by giving concise and clear explanations of important terms and concepts.
References, additional or further reading, citations, and links to resources: These types of resources provide learners with additional materials to explore the topic further. They help learners broaden their knowledge base and dive deeper into the subject matter to enhance their understanding of the topic.
Explore these frequently asked questions to gain deeper insights and practical tips about effectively utilizing the B.A.N.K. concept in your online course content creation. These answers are designed to clarify common queries and enhance your understanding of the course structure and its components.
The B.A.N.K. concept uniquely categorizes course content into four essential types – Blueprint, Action, Nurturing, and Knowledge – each tailored to enhance the learning experience by addressing different aspects of learner engagement and comprehension.
Blueprint content provides learners with a clear and structured overview of the course, setting expectations and goals upfront, which helps in better planning and engagement with the course material.
Yes, Action content involves hands-on exercises and interactive activities that enable learners to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios, thereby enhancing understanding and retention of the material.
Nurturing content supports learners through personalized feedback, mentoring, and community engagement, which is crucial for keeping them motivated, on track, and feeling supported throughout their learning journey.
Knowledge content forms the foundation of online courses, providing essential information and skills that are necessary for understanding the subject matter deeply and forming a basis for advanced learning and application.
In conclusion, effective online course content creation is critical to ensuring learners have a positive and impactful learning experience. Incorporating the four types of content – Blueprint, Action, Nurturing, and Knowledge (B.A.N.K.) – can help create a balanced and engaging online learning experience that supports learners in achieving their objectives.
By providing learners with a clear understanding of the course structure, practical exercises and activities, personalized feedback and coaching, and foundational knowledge, learners can develop the skills and competencies they need to succeed. By leveraging the B.A.N.K. framework, instructors and course designers can create online courses that deliver meaningful and lasting value to their learners.
Online courses and communities are evolving. With the changes in how people use them, the platforms that support them should also ensure they remain relevant, growing, and user-friendly.
We strive to release product improvements every month to support your growth and keep you ahead of the trends. This month, BuddyBoss has introduced one new feature and enhancement designed to streamline community management. We also released fixes for some bugs that have been reported.
In this blog post, we'll delve deeper into these updates, exploring their benefits and how they can transform how you interact with your community.
One of the most significant updates this month is the introduction of scheduled posts. This feature is a game-changer for site administrators, group owners, and moderators, allowing them to plan and manage content more effectively.
Note: This is a Platform Pro feature
Scheduled posts let administrators, group owners and moderators prepare content in advance and set specific times for their publication. This is particularly useful for managing peak engagement times or coordinating posts with events or promotions.
To utilize this feature, users can navigate to the settings panel located under BuddyBoss > Settings > Activity in the WordPress backend. Here, you can enable scheduled posts with just a few clicks, making them accessible to all BuddyBoss Web customers.
The ability to schedule posts offers several advantages:
A subtle yet impactful enhancement is the simplification of avatar displays in group posts. Previously, posts in a group feed would show the member's avatar superimposed on the group avatar. The update now ensures that only the member's avatar is displayed.
This change enhances visual clarity and focuses attention on the individual's identity, which can streamline the user interface, making it cleaner and more straightforward.
One of the bugs addressed in this update is the pre-selection of answers when retaking a LearnDash quiz on the BuddyBoss App. Previously, users retaking a quiz would see their earlier answers pre-selected.
Now, each attempt at a quiz starts fresh, ensuring that users need to actively select their answers, which mirrors the more intuitive experience found on the web platform.
Another critical fix implemented addresses the search functionality, particularly in multilingual setups. Previously, searching for a term could bring up results in all languages, regardless of the user's current language setting, leading to confusion.
The search now respects the site's language settings, only displaying results relevant to the user's chosen language.
For communities using Zoom through BuddyBoss for virtual meetings and webinars, there was an issue with the display of recordings for recurring meetings. This bug has been fixed to ensure recordings for each session are displayed correctly, addressing discrepancies caused by timezone conversions.
For the complete list of releases, please check out our release notes.
BuddyBoss's latest updates significantly enhance the functionality and user experience of the platform. By introducing scheduled posts and refining existing features, BuddyBoss is not just keeping up with the needs of modern online communities but also anticipating future demands. Whether you're managing a small interest-based community or a large-scale professional network, these enhancements make BuddyBoss an even more compelling choice for building and maintaining an engaged online community.

What makes a good online course?
In the past, creating courses was something few people did. With little effort, you could get many learners to buy your course and make a large figure in revenue. Now almost anyone can create a course. This has become so common that you must know how to make your courses stand out to generate enough revenue for all your hard work.
So for this post, we will look at course features you need to consider to make a 6 figure course. Knowing HOW to remain unique is important because it will allow you to gain and retain your existing learners to keep buying courses on your site.
Let's look at the course features you need to address to make 6-figures from your courses.
There are many factors to consider when creating your course. We have listed a total of 10 features you need to have in your course. Let's look at the first one.
Having high-quality content is one of the best practices for online courses. There are several ways you can do this. You can create YouTube videos on the niche area of your course. Then you can link your paid courses in the description on your Youtube videos. The image below shows a YouTube video with links to the paid course on the main website.
Besides creating content on YouTube, you can also create content for your course through blogging, social media, emails, and even through your own mobile app.
Just remember that the content should cover topics accurately, with up-to-date and relevant information. It should be well-researched and presented in a clear, concise manner.
You do not need to go into the details of the content. Just talk about the basics and then at the end of the video or any content media, encourage your users to visit your website for the full course. This strategy will lead to the sale of your course.
A 6 figure course should be highly interactive and engaging for your audience. Your tone should be friendly as you speak to your audience. If you are showing yourself fully, wear a proper outfit. Wearing a shirt with your brand’s logo and a pair of pants is a common way to present a course. There are no rules for this but you need to look professional.
You also need to be open to comments made to your course and respond where needed. This means you will need to invite them to comment if they need help. Being open to helping your learners is a valuable quality of your course.
And don't forget about your content, always use multimedia elements like videos, video animations, and interactive quizzes to make learning more engaging. Interactive elements keep learners interested and help in better retention of the material.
Although this is not needed at all, having a formal certification is what makes a good online course valid and authentic.
For example, if your course is on health and fitness and you have a certification in nutrition or a fitness course, then your course will be more valid and authentic in your learners' eyes.
Below is an example of an instructor who is stating who she is by describing her experience. You can also state your university degree if you think it is relevant.
Having a formal certification will show that you as an instructor are knowledgeable and experienced in the field of interest. It shows you can convey information effectively and be approachable for queries and discussions.
Setting the right curriculum for a course involves a systematic and thoughtful process that aligns educational content with learning objectives, and assessment methods.
It's important to understand the background and needs of the student audience to tailor the content effectively. This involves selecting relevant and diverse topics, designing teaching methods that cater to various learning styles, and planning assessment strategies that accurately measure progress.
The curriculum should be logically sequenced, starting with foundational concepts and gradually increasing in complexity.
We have a full post on how to set a course outline. Feel free to check out this post. It is the first step to setting the course curriculum of your first course.
The course should include practical, real-world applications. Case studies, simulations, and projects that allow learners to apply what they have learned can greatly enhance the learning experience.
The incorporation of practical applications in a course is crucial as it bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world skills. For example, in a computer science course, students might engage in coding projects that solve actual problems, allowing them to apply programming concepts in a hands-on manner.
In a business course, case studies and simulations can provide students with insights into real business challenges and decision-making processes.
These practical elements not only enhance understanding and retention of your course material but also help make your course more valuable in terms of a 6-figure course experience.
Your 6-figure course continues after publication. You must remain alert for comments and any confusion that may arise as a result of your course.
If you have a large pool of learners, it can be hard to keep up with so many users. The best way to manage and interact with your users is to use a membership community.
There are many membership communities such as Facebook, Mighty Network, Podia, and so on.
But if you are looking for a facility that will create a separate website for your courses and your mobile app then BuddyBoss’s membership platform will be a perfect package as it will make it easier to retain the qualities of a 60-figure coaching business.
The BuddyBoss membership platform has features such as discussion forums, group projects, and peer reviews that encourage interaction among learners and foster a sense of community.
Assessment and feedback are integral to creating a quality course for both evaluating student performance and enhancing the learning experience.
Assessments, whether formative (like quizzes and assignments) or summative (like final exams and projects), allow instructors to gauge students' understanding of the material, providing a measure of how well the course objectives are being met.
They also give students a clear indication of their progress, highlighting areas of strength and those needing improvement. Feedback, on the other hand, is crucial for learning and development.
Timely, constructive feedback helps students internalize lessons, correct misunderstandings, and apply knowledge more effectively. It also serves as a two-way communication channel, where students can express their learning needs or challenges, enabling instructors to adjust the course content, and assessments accordingly.
The course should be accessible to a wide range of learners. This is what makes a good online course because a course that is easily accessible will focus on making course materials and activities usable for individuals with a wide range of abilities, including those with disabilities.
This might involve providing alternative text for images, captioning videos, or ensuring compatibility with screen readers. These measures also broaden the reach of the course to a diverse audience.
On the other hand, user-friendly design pertains to the overall ease of use and navigation of the course. It includes having a clear, intuitive layout, consistent structure, and straightforward instructions. This is crucial in reducing cognitive load and allowing students to focus on learning rather than figuring out how to use the course.
Reliable technical support ensures that both instructors and students can smoothly navigate and utilize various learning platforms and tools, minimizing disruptions due to technical glitches. This support ranges from troubleshooting common issues to offering guidance on how to effectively use digital resources. Additionally, providing a range of quality resources, such as online libraries, software, and multimedia content, enriches the learning experience. Additional learning resources like supplementary readings, external links, and downloadable materials add value.
These resources allow students to access a wide array of information and tools, facilitating diverse learning styles and enhancing their ability to research and apply knowledge.
Below is an example of a popular learning platform called AmigosCode, which uses a vast resource to guide its students. As you can see, they have additional resources for AWS(Amazon web services), DevOps, and so on. AmigosCode is a very mature course platform that makes more than 6-figures. However, once you can make more through your courses, you will be able to hire more people to scale your coaching business through more courses with extra resources.
When it comes to considering what makes a good online course, there is a lot that needs to be done to ensure your course is making 6 figures. All the factors described above must be automated with an online system to manage your courses. This will also lead to the branding of your course. Only then will you be able to make the desired amount.
However, it is not possible to do all this on your own. Creating a course site, with a mobile app, and then having a membership community on the same site is something that will need help.
Fortunately, this is all possible when using the BuddyBoss platform.
The BuddyBoss platform will automatically set up your course site, mobile app, and membership community at the same time. Just install and start creating your course right away. You can also look at the demo site of the BuddyBoss platform if you want to try it out before making your decision.
Generally, online courses should be concise enough to maintain student engagement and prevent cognitive overload, yet comprehensive enough to cover the necessary content.
For in-depth topics, a duration of 4 to 12 weeks with manageable weekly modules is common. Each module might include 1-3 hours of learning material per week. But make sure to balance video lectures, readings, and interactive elements. This is what makes a good online course.
Shorter courses, often called microlearning courses, can range from a few minutes to a couple of hours, focusing on very specific skills or topics. These are ideal for busy learners or for topics requiring minimal time commitment.
Many of the best practices have been listed above in this post. But the best practices for online courses center around creating an engaging, accessible, and effective learning experience. Course content should be well-structured and presented in digestible modules, incorporating a mix of multimedia elements like videos, readings, and interactive activities to cater to different learning styles. Remember that, clear learning objectives and regular assessments help keep students on track.
Lastly, instructor presence is vital; responsive and engaging instructors can greatly enhance the learning experience, making the course feel more personal and less isolated. These practices contribute to a more fulfilling and effective online learning environment.
Yes of course! It’s important to be flexible. You can make modifications based on student feedback, engagement levels, and evolving educational needs.
Courses that are updated with the latest developments are what makes a good online course more useful to a user because it eliminates the need for a user to start a new course from scratch or look for a completely new course elsewhere.
By the way, if you do update your course, be sure to mention this with the date and add a relevant title to make the course stand out more.
You can measure the success of your course through student outcomes, feedback, engagement metrics, and assessment results. Also, regular evaluations and updates can help improve course effectiveness.
It is better to own a website that lists all your courses. This eliminates competition from other courses as Udemy lists courses from other instructors. They also rank only highly rated courses on their site. So if you are new to the Udemy website, you face fewer chances for ranking and making a 6-figure on your website.
However, if you own your own site by using the BuddyBoss platform, you get a complete package such as a membership platform, a course website, and a mobile app with all your courses. A course site that has these qualities is what makes a good online course that will eventually make 6-figures.
All this is not possible by using Udemy. In addition, marketing for your course site will spill more fruitful results as there are no competitors on your course site website.
As you can see, course creation is a long process that is rewarding in the long run. But if you are looking to speed up your figures, then it is important to automate your process that will reflect a branded course and not just any courses. You also want your course to be available on a mobile device to boost your chances for success.
In addition, you also want a membership community that will include your followers and learners. Don’t forget about the other qualities described above as these are what makes a good online course.
Lastly, if you are still in doubt then have a look at the image below of people who are making 6-figures by using the BuddyBoss platform for their course-based business.
Are you looking to build an online community, but don't know which platform to use? Or, are you currently running your online community on Discord, but looking for a better alternative to help you scale and monetize your community? Don't worry, we've got you covered!
In this blog post, we'll be comparing two popular community-building platforms – BuddyBoss and Discord.
BuddyBoss is a WordPress-based platform that offers a range of community management tools, member profiles, groups, and forums. On the other hand, Discord is a chat-based platform used by gamers and other communities alike, offering real-time communication options like voice channels and file sharing.
But which platform is better suited for your community-building needs? Join us as we delve deep into the features and capabilities of BuddyBoss and Discord, comparing everything from community engagement to data ownership and control.
So, let's get started and find out which platform will be the perfect fit for your online community!

BuddyBoss is a WordPress-based platform that offers a range of features and functionalities to help you build and manage your online community.
With BuddyBoss, you can create a branded community website that offers a personalized experience for your users. The platform also offers a range of customization options, including the ability to customize the website just the way you want, as well as the ability to add custom CSS and HTML code to your website.
BuddyBoss also offers a range of monetization options, including membership, paid content, and courses. This makes it easy to monetize your community and generate revenue over time. BuddyBoss also offers a white-label native mobile application.

Discord is a popular chat-based platform that offers a range of features and functionalities to help you build and manage your online community. Some of the key features include chat rooms, voice channels, and file sharing.
With Discord, you can create a chat-based community that offers real-time communication between members. This can be especially useful for communities that require frequent communication and collaboration.
Discord also offers a range of customization options, including the ability to choose from a variety of themes and settings. However, the customization options are more limited than those offered by BuddyBoss.
While Discord does not provide direct monetization options, you can still monetize your community by offering paid services, products, or courses outside of the platform.

When it comes to building and engaging with a community, BuddyBoss offers more options for customization and branding, allowing you to create a fully branded community website that matches your organization's aesthetic and tone. This level of customization can help build brand loyalty and a sense of community ownership.
On the other hand, Discord offers a more informal and real-time communication environment. Members can easily join voice channels or chat rooms to engage in discussions, share their thoughts, and collaborate on projects in real-time.
When comparing group and chat room functionalities, BuddyBoss provides group management tools that allow you to create and manage sub-communities, assign roles, and moderate discussions. Each group also comes with group chat functionality making it easier to connect with each other in real time. This makes it easier to create focused discussion spaces and ensure that the content being shared is relevant and appropriate.
Meanwhile, Discord provides a range of chat room features, including text channels, voice channels, and direct messaging, making it easy to connect and communicate with other members.

Monetizing an online community is a crucial aspect for many community owners to stay sustainable.
BuddyBoss offers a variety of monetization options for community owners. For instance, community owners can charge membership fees, create and sell paid courses, and sell paid content. These features allow community owners to create a steady stream of income from their community. Additionally, BuddyBoss integrates with popular payment gateways, such as PayPal and Stripe, making it easy for community owners to manage payments.
On the other hand, Discord does not offer direct monetization options for community owners. Discord is primarily focused on communication and socializing. Although community owners can set up a Patreon or other external monetization platform, this requires more effort and management.

Data ownership and control are crucial aspects when it comes to running an online community.
BuddyBoss and Discord have different policies in this regard. BuddyBoss provides greater data ownership and control to community owners, thanks to the fact that you would own your community website.
On the other hand, While Discord does have a privacy policy in place, they may share user data with third-party service providers, as well as in response to legal requests. Additionally, Discord has full control over the content that users post on their platform, which can be removed at any time if it violates their policies. Therefore, community owners may have less control over their data and content on Discord.

BuddyBoss is built on WordPress, so you may need some technical expertise to set up the website and manage it. However, once set up, BuddyBoss offers a lot of customization options and management tools to create a branded community website that suits your needs.
On the other hand, Discord is more user-friendly and accessible with an intuitive interface that makes it easy for users to get started. The platform offers a low barrier to entry and requires minimal setup, making it ideal for smaller communities or those looking for a quick solution.

When it comes to online communities, security and privacy are of utmost importance. Both BuddyBoss and Discord have their own security and privacy features, but they differ in some aspects.
BuddyBoss provides more control over user data and content. Community owners have the ability to moderate content and control who can access certain areas of the community. BuddyBoss also allows community owners to set up data privacy policies and ensure that user data is protected.
Discord, on the other hand, may pose risks related to data privacy and cyberbullying. While it does have some security features such as two-factor authentication and content filtering, it also allows users to remain anonymous and may be more difficult to moderate. Discord servers can be accessed by anyone with the invitation link, which may lead to potential safety risks.

Customization is an important aspect of any online community platform. It allows community owners to tailor their community to their specific needs and branding.
BuddyBoss is built on WordPress, which means users have access to thousands of WordPress plugins and themes. This allows for a high degree of customization options, including the ability to modify the community's design, layout, and functionality. On top of that, BuddyBoss offers comprehensive customization options if you choose the BuddyBoss theme along with BuddyBoss platform.
On the other hand, Discord has limited customization options. While users can customize their profile and create custom emojis, the overall look and feel of the platform is largely uniform. This may be a drawback for community owners who are looking for a more unique and personalized branding experience.

BuddyBoss opens the door to thousands of WordPress plugins and themes, which allows for a wide range of customizations and functionalities. This means that you can easily extend your BuddyBoss-powered community website by integrating it with popular WordPress plugins such as WooCommerce for online stores, LearnDash for online courses, and more. It also has more than 1000 active integration to WordPress and non-WordPress tools.
On the other hand, Discord has a more limited range of integrations, as it's primarily designed for real-time communication. However, Discord does offer some integrations, such as Twitch for live streaming, Spotify for music sharing, and various game integrations. While these integrations may not be as extensive as those offered by BuddyBoss, they can still enhance the user experience within a Discord community.

BuddyBoss provides personalized support to its users through a dedicated support team that is available to answer any questions and concerns 9-5 Eastern. They also offer detailed documentation, tutorials, and a community forum where users can find answers to common questions. Additionally, BuddyBoss frequently releases regular updates to improve performance, security, and add new features.
In contrast, Discord provides less personalized support, with most questions and concerns being addressed through a community forum or knowledge base. They do offer support via email, but the response times can vary. Discord also releases updates, but they are not as frequent as those of BuddyBoss.

BuddyBoss platform is free to use for the basic version, while the paid version starts at $299. This pricing model might be a bit steep for smaller communities or individuals who are just starting out. However, unlike Discord, where the platform is not yours, BuddyBoss lets you own your community and scale it without worrying about ever losing your data.
On the other hand, Discord is free to use, but offers affordable paid options (called Nitro) with more features for individual users who want to upgrade. The Nitro Basic costs $2.99 a month, while Nitro costs $9.99. On top of that, community owners can charge server subscription from the users, which basically means your users will pay for the server fee. Discord charges 10% of the total server subscription fee you earn, so the more you scale, the more you pay.
Both BuddyBoss and Discord offer unique features and functionalities that can benefit different types of communities and users. BuddyBoss provides a powerful platform for creating branded community websites with a wide range of monetization and customization options, while Discord offers a chat-based community platform with more real-time interaction options and a free plan.
When it comes to community building and engagement, BuddyBoss offers more options for customization and branding, while Discord provides real-time interaction options. In terms of monetization, BuddyBoss offers more direct options for generating revenue through membership fees, paid content, and courses, while Discord does not provide direct monetization options.
When it comes to data ownership and control, BuddyBoss allows for greater control and ownership of user data, while Discord has more control over user data. BuddyBoss may require more technical expertise to set up and manage, while Discord is more user-friendly and accessible. BuddyBoss offers more personalized support and frequent updates, while Discord provides less personalized support and fewer updates.
Ultimately, the choice is yours whether BuddyBoss and Discord meets your specific needs and goals for the community and which provides more unique features and functionalities for your community platform to be successful.
