Regarding the memory limit and the PHP time limit, I’m using a shared hosting. I would need to change my hosting plan to make any changes. I’ll think about that.
I’ve talked to the hosting company about the php version and they mentioned to me that they have plans to update the php version ( 5.4.42 to 5.6). But they also mentioned that should not cause any problem since wordpress support older version.
I’m not sure what changes have you made but I can’t access the website when I’m not logged in. I see the following message

If anyone is interested in the solution, I used a plugin called Redirection (https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/).You should use an option called “Redirect and login status”.
