Question
June 8, 2015 at 10:13 pm #41119@edboldenUsing BuddyBoss 4.2.0, WordPress 4.2.2
Using desktop computer and iPad am able to access site, groups, forums, but with smartphones not able to do so. Even though logged in, on mobile phone when trying to access private groups it says “This is a private group. To join you must be a registered site member and request group membership.” I’m an administrator/keymaster. No members of groups are able to access groups/forums either. It appears the issue is only smartphone related. My webmaster did 2 updates a couple days ago when the issue started, she believes they were the BuddyBoss Wall and BuddyBoss Media updates. She has switched from child theme to main BuddyBoss theme, run BuddyPress Tools, myriad of other things but nothing has fixed this issue. Site is http://arbortreehouse.com/
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

AlyssaParticipant@edbolden sorry, I did not see your post. I’m sorry to say there is nothing in our themes or plugins that would cause you to lose access to private groups/forums on mobile devices. Access to private groups/forums lays within BuddyPress. If your webmaster feels it was one of our plugins you can always download the previous version from the “My Downloads” section on buddyboss.com upload and test. A BuddyPress update could also be a likely fix.
