Question
July 2, 2015 at 10:16 am #42024@cityhopzI bought this template 2 days ago. So far I have no download link because my payment for this is pending when in fact it is showing in paypal that it has been paid, the ticket support is lacking.
I was giving the theme files in a email. I thought this theme came with a child-theme, and also a plug in package which I never got. Also, how do I get a logo to be seen on mobile devices. My client is going through the roof that this is taking this long.

AlyssaParticipant@cityhopz Welcome to the BuddyBoss community! I’m sorry to hear you have been having issues with the theme so far. I have forced your order to be complete so you may instantly download the theme and child theme directly from the BuddyBoss.com website. Simply navigate to the My Downloads section of your profile. The only discrepancy is that there is no plugin package with the BuddyBoss theme. The BuddyBoss Wall and BuddyBoss Media plugins are sold separately.
To get a logo on mobile see previous post here: https://www.buddyboss.com/support-forums/topic/mobile-logo-icon-left-menu/

AlyssaParticipant1) Copy the header.php file to your child theme then find this text:
<a class="mobile-site-title" href="https://www.buddyboss.com/demo/buddyboss/" title="BuddyBoss Theme" rel="home">
Remove the anchor text after this until the</a>
tag
Add something LIKE this to your custom.css file under the @media screen and (max-width: 720px) section:
#mobile-header h1 a{background:url("[insert image location here]"); background-size:100px;}
You need to play with the background size2) Can you be more specific which icons you are referring to?
3) The left menu is the WP admin bar. If it is hidden or a plugin you are using is hiding it then that is why you don’t see anything.
July 5, 2015 at 10:04 am #42153@cityhopzThe logo advice you have given is not helping me, I need the logo to show above the black bar.
Also, the social icons in the footer, how do I get rid of the icons that I am not going to use. One last question, Do you know what the url is to the members/profile/activity page….I need this to redirect my regular login and also the social logins I have when a member logs in. Thanks.

AlyssaParticipant@cityhopz please post a mockup of where you are looking to put your logo and I will attempt to help you further.
The social icons in the footer should only show if you have content within the field. What version of the theme are you running?
[yoursite].com/members/[membername]/
or
[yoursite].com/members/[membername]/activity/July 5, 2015 at 4:21 pm #42171@cityhopzHere is the mock-up of how I need the mobile to look:
Here is a picture of where users/members need to be redirected to when they log in, I need to know how to make this work with buddyboss login:
Also the client is stating that when he opens the sidebar (see in the image) in his iphone its gets stuck there and he has to close of the browser:
Also I am running Buddyboss 4.2.0….the social images are showing in the customized page but not the images that I don’t in customize section in the admin area, but on the live site you can still see all the social images.

AlyssaParticipant@cityhopz the first one is simply not possible. There would be no room for the site to scroll on mobile, the top menu is fixed to the top of the screen, adding a logo up there would give the user like 200 pixels in hight to view the site. A logo that size should be placed below the titlebar.
I’ll have Varun respond to the second one.
For the left menu you MUST have the wptoolbar viewable to loogged out users. Some plugins hide the toolbar, you can try disabling them to discover which one is hiding it and then request the plugin owner how to show the toolbar. There have been a few discussions on the forums that may assist you with this. Just do a search and you should find them easily.

AnonymousHi @cityhopz, you can send your site login details at [email protected] i will check within your site which plugin is hiding admin bar, else you can also test it via deactivating other plugins one by one
