Install FluentCRM
Search for FluentCRM in WordPress > Plugins > Add New and click Install. Activate the plugin and a FluentCRM menu appears in your WordPress dashboard with the contacts, campaigns, and automations panels.

Import Your BuddyBoss Members
In the FluentCRM dashboard, click Import > BuddyBoss. Choose to import members by profile type or by group, apply initial tags during the import, and confirm. All selected members appear as CRM contacts with their BuddyBoss data attached.

Configure Group and Profile Type Tagging
Go to FluentCRM > Settings > BuddyBoss Integration. Map each BuddyBoss profile type and group to a FluentCRM tag. From this point, members who join or leave a group are automatically tagged and untagged in FluentCRM, keeping your segments current.
