Hide the Edit History on Forum Discussion Posts

Introduction

By default, BuddyBoss does not provide an option to hide the edit history on forum discussion posts. If you prefer that users do not see when a post was edited, you can hide the edit history using a custom CSS snippet.

Custom Workaround

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to BuddyBoss > Theme Options
2. Under Custom Codes, enable CSS
3. Append the following code:

.bbp-topic-revision-log { display: none; }

4. Save changes

Q: Will this hide the edit history for all users?

A: Yes, this CSS hides the edit history from everyone viewing the forum discussion posts.

A: No. Users can still edit their posts; this only hides the visual display of the edit history.
