How to Integrate WP Fusion with BuddyBoss
Setting up WP Fusion with BuddyBoss takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps to get started:

Install WP Fusion
Purchase and download WP Fusion from wpfusion.com, then upload it via WordPress > Plugins > Add New > Upload. Activate the plugin and a WP Fusion menu appears in your WordPress dashboard with a setup wizard.

Connect Your CRM
Go to WP Fusion > Settings > Setup and select your CRM from the list. Enter your API credentials and click Authorize. WP Fusion confirms the connection and loads your CRM’s available tags and custom fields.

Map BuddyBoss Profile Fields
Go to WP Fusion > Settings > Contact Fields. Find the BuddyBoss xProfile fields in the list and map each one to the corresponding field in your CRM. Save and WP Fusion begins syncing field data on every profile update.

Link Groups and Profile Types to Tags
Go to each BuddyBoss group’s settings and find the WP Fusion panel. Select the CRM tag to link with that group. Repeat for each profile type in BuddyBoss > Profile Types. From this point, joins, leaves, and type changes update CRM tags automatically.

Set Up Content Access Rules
Edit any page, post, or course and find the WP Fusion settings panel. Select the required tags for access. Save and test by logging in as a member without the tag to confirm the restriction works. Add or remove tags in your CRM to verify access updates immediately.
