Once you purchase a BuddyBoss DFY Web project, you’ll gain access to your project dashboard where you can provide the information and assets required for the BuddyBoss team to begin building your website.
Completing your onboarding checklist as early as possible helps reduce delays and allows the project to move into implementation faster.
Access Your DFY Web Project Dashboard
- Log in to your BuddyBoss account.
- Click Done For You from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select Web Projects.
- Locate your project.
- Click Manage DFY Project.
The project dashboard contains all onboarding requirements and project forms that must be completed before development begins.
Website Access
The BuddyBoss team requires temporary administrative access to your WordPress website.
Have the following information ready:
- Website URL
- WordPress Administrator Username
- WordPress Administrator Password
Providing administrator access allows the team to perform setup, configuration, design implementation, and testing.
Design Preferences
To help the BuddyBoss team align your website with your brand, prepare the following:
- Brand guidelines (if available)
- Company logo files
- Brand colors
- Typography preferences
- Design inspiration or example websites (optional)
The more information you provide, the better the team can match your desired look and feel.
Content Preparation
Prepare any content you would like included in your website.
This may include:
- Homepage content
- About page content
- Membership information
- Course content
- Community information
- Blog posts
- Images and videos
- Legal pages
Having content prepared before onboarding helps reduce revisions and project delays.
Third-Party Integrations
Prepare a list of any integrations you plan to use on your website.
