The BuddyBoss Web Platform is available in Start, Launch, and Scale plans. Higher plans include the features of the previous tier along with additional tools for growing and scaling your community. You can upgrade your BuddyBoss Web Platform subscription directly from your BuddyBoss account when you need access to features available in a higher plan.
Upgrading your subscription does not require you to delete or reinstall your existing BuddyBoss Platform or Theme. Once your upgrade is complete, you can access the features and downloads included with your new plan.
Upgrade Your BuddyBoss Web Platform Plan
- Log in to your BuddyBoss Account.
- Go to Subscriptions > Themes & Plugins.
- Locate your active BuddyBoss Web Platform subscription.
- Under Actions, click the available Upgrade button. For example, if your subscription is eligible for the Scale plan, click Upgrade to Scale.
- Review the upgrade details and pricing.
- Follow the checkout instructions to complete your upgrade.
Once payment is complete, your BuddyBoss account will be updated with the products and features included in your new plan.
Note: The upgrade options displayed in your account depend on your current subscription and the plans available for it.
