The BuddyBoss Test App Test Direct IPA Download allows you to share an iOS test build directly with a recipient without directing them to a BuddyBoss-branded download page. You can copy the direct IPA download link from your test build and send it to the intended recipient.
When the recipient opens the link, the IPA file begins downloading directly. This method is available for test builds only and does not work with release builds.
Direct IPA Download Link
- In your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to BuddyBoss App > Build.
- Select the test build you want to share.
- Click Download IPA File.
- Right-click the Download button.
- Select Copy Link Address.
- Send the copied link to the intended recipient.
When the recipient opens the link, the IPA file will download directly, without opening the BuddyBoss-branded download page.
IPA and DMG Files
BuddyBoss provides IPA files for iOS app builds. IPA files are used for iPhone and iPad applications.
BuddyBoss does not provide DMG files for iOS app builds. DMG files are primarily used to distribute applications and other software for macOS.
