How to Install and Activate BuddyBoss Courses

The BuddyBoss Courses allows you to create and manage online courses directly within your BuddyBoss-powered community. By installing the BuddyBoss Courses plugin and its optional add-ons, you can create lessons, assignments, quizzes, and track learner progress using the built-in gradebook. This guide explains how to install and activate BuddyBoss Courses

Download the BuddyBoss Courses Plugins

Before installing the plugins, download the required files from your BuddyBoss account.

1. Log in to your BuddyBoss account.
2. Navigate to My Account > Downloads.
3. Download the following plugins:
   • BuddyBoss Courses
   • BuddyBoss Course Assignments
   • BuddyBoss Course Gradebook
   • BuddyBoss Course Quizzes

Install and Activate the Plugins

After downloading the plugin ZIP files, install and activate them on your WordPress website.

1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New Plugin.
3. Click Upload Plugin.
4. Select the BuddyBoss Courses ZIP file and click Install Now.
5. Click Activate.
6. Repeat the same process for the following add-on plugins:
   • BuddyBoss Course Assignments
   • BuddyBoss Course Gradebook
   • BuddyBoss Course Quizzes

Note: The BuddyBoss Course Assignments, BuddyBoss Course Gradebook, and BuddyBoss Course Quizzes plugins are optional add-ons that extend the functionality of BuddyBoss Courses. These plugins require BuddyBoss Courses to be installed and activated before they can be used.

Verify the Installation

1. Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
2. Confirm that the following plugins are active:
   • BuddyBoss Courses
   • BuddyBoss Course Assignments
   • BuddyBoss Course Gradebook
   • BuddyBoss Course Quizzes
